In the video game Dead or Alive (DOA), Bayman is a serious brawny Russian fighter with a great set of fighting skills.

His fighting style is called Sambo, developed by the Soviet military. He has effective striking techniques and various grappling moves.

To capture the spirit of the fast paced fighting game DOA, I matched him up against a Ryu Hayabusa figure from Neca.

Parts used:
red beret: Jakks Truth Commission wrestler
head: Neca Marcus Fenix
body, fists, open hands: Neca Guile
sleeves, wrist part of gloves: Bishop
vest: WWE Roman Reigns and Neca Guile combination
boots: combined boots of Guile and WWE wrestler

I also added pictures of Bayman and Ryu Hayabusa from Ultimate Dead or Alive 5.

I don’t think a Bayman custom has ever been made before, so I really hope that you all like it, thanks!

Bayman! I wanted to fix up a bunch of DOA figures to go alongside the release of the game, but I completely blanked on who to make. Had Mortal Kombat 11 on the mind. Bayman would have been a great choice. I'll have to keep him in mind for later. Absolutely perfect rendition of him! He looks outstanding!

wow Amazing work once more man !! incredible.
so many memorable characters from fighting games, so litte action figures that are of quality. especially for DOA. kasumi and Ryu Hyabusa are usually the only ones lol

We'll those you mentioned are all the sexy ones, I like them all too. I'd have to think about how to make them best. My favorite female in the recent DOA is MMA fighter Mila, and original DOA character Lei Fang, the Tai Chi style fighter. There are definitely some cool ladies in the game.
