I've been pretty unhappy with the color green Hasbro opted to go for on Phoenix. It was very dull in my eyes. Very much a Phoenix Endsong version, but I always loved above all how the green was in the X-Men Legends games. Vibrant, cosmic and metallic. As many have done, I swapped the original head to the Phoenix heads from the Dark Phoenix two pack. I gave both the hair sculpts more dept with different shades, and a pupil-less, powered up version with some subtle hints of yellow and orange at the tips.

I also repainted the Marvel Select Phoenix fire bird to give it a bit more oomph.

Just very minimal changes, but already I'm very pleased with the new green.
