More Project Superpowers! This is a pair I've been excited to get to for a while. I love Cloak and Dagger style concepts, so Truth and Dare quickly caught my eye. I can't find anything on them before Project Superpowers, so I'm guessing they were created for the series. Their appearances were brief, as well. Truth has the power to see through every lie, but something about not being able to share the entirety of the truth. And Dare is just a skilled fighter if I recall correctly.

Dare is build on the BossFight female blank with the hood and collar sculpted on. Her blades were Daredevil batons with the full blade additions sculpted on. Truth was built on Daredevil with the shoulder pieces and emblem sculpted on. As well as some sculpt added to his shoulders. Head was from Angel with the full head piece sculpted on, and the beard. From there, a full repaint, and all finished!
