I took a 5 Inch movie Aquaman figure and used apoxie sculpt to cover the joints and confine it to the pose that I wanted. Once the sculpt was dry, I repainted his suit and added some detail work. I also added details to his face, hair, and included 2 seperate tridents to be swapped at will. One is clean and new, the other used and dirty. I then began work on the elaborate base. I took a wooden oval base and sculpted some shark fins into the sides. Then I took a pet store rock meant for fishtanks and glued it into the middle. I then began the process of making some walls that could hold the epoxy resin to make the water. Then once that was dry I took off the makeshift walls and added some waves with another product meamt to create waves on top of resin casts.it was quite a bit of work but I'm happy with how it turned out.
