After absolutely loving the Netflix punisher show, (and also being sad about it being cancelled) I decided to create my own modern day looking punisher figure. I used the vintage punisher figure as the base, removed the lower legs and replaced them with electro legs, used a winter soldier cap figures belt and added black wraps around the lower arms. Since I didn't have any other trigger finger hands that would really work, I repositioned the fingers on the Odin BAF wave iron fist as they fit perfectly in the arms. My next move was the armor. I didn't want to go too extreme on how much armor he wore but still wanted a tactical, suitable look. Thanks to Wylun Customs idea, I used the neca kick ass 2 armored figure for the vest and arm armor, which I used as thigh armor pieces. I also added a marvel legends deadpool gun holster on the thigh, as well as adding the kick ass shoulder pads, before painting on the skull. I also repainted the teeth pieces on the vintage punisher to fit the spray painted on look. After gluing all the pieces down, we're done! Hope you guys enjoy this figure as it was a lot of fun to make and I highly recommend you try it out!
