This is Marvel villain Batroc the Leaper. When I saw the costume he wore in a issue of Gwen Pool, I like it. So, I base my custom on it. The torso and arm is MU Baron Zemo with front, scarf, and skirt sculpt on. The head is MU Hawkseye. The leg is from MU Ult. Capt. America. The knees are from GI Joe.
