The top torso came from Namor and the arms were fodder. Custom articulated left hand, right is boss fight. Legs from Daredevil. Cape was from Gladiator, cut down. Head is a modded General Hux. Bracers are from Wonder Man. Custom made his trident/pitchfork.

Love the trident! Finding a use for that head is really tricky, but it works well here. Love the raised emblem too!
