Always a fun one to fix up. Especially since I finally worked out a proper head for him. Nuclear Man. The single good concept to come out of Superman 4. And even then, it's mostly his design. I want to say he's basically Bizarro, but he's basically modern Bizarro. So, maybe he inspired it. lol

Cape was from the movie Thor, and the head came from Adam Warlock. That figure definitely got expensive. But it works so perfectly for this guy. Sculpted up the belt, gloves, and his mullet. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
