I liked NECa's rendition of Scarface for the most part, but I was severely disappointed with the poorly sculpted chainmail. Not only did it look bad, but it greatly hindered his leg articulation.

I gave Scarface a custom made chainmail skirt and shirt from small metal chains woven together on the skirt, while the shirt was strips of chain glued on top of the rubber mail. I finished it off with a black wash to give wear and age to the metal.

I also took the torso apart and ground away some of the insides to increase the range of motion.

Now Scarface can actually lean forward and look down, lean back, look up, and lean farther side to side. He can move into crouched postions, and splits thanks to the new flexible chainmail.
